About Malik
Having fun while being able to make improvements is important to me as a teacher. I believe as an instructor learning about a student's interests and influences is extremely important. Having advice and experience is one thing, but knowing what information to provide students on a case-by-case basis is important as well.

My teaching method is a mix of fundamentals, personal musical/artistic interest of the student, and expanding the perspective of students. Lesson plan would include technical factors: Scales with a metronome, learning music, technique, perspectives and whatever else the student would like to learn more about.
