About Paul
I am a Chemical engineering graduate and currently a STEM lecturer. I have taught students from primary, secondary and university level. I have also taught students from different part of the world. My approach is inclusive, diverse and most importantly directed to meet learners needs.

Very simply approach anyone can follow:
1. First 5 minute is all about you (my student); your expectations, your struggles & what you are looking to get out of the lesson.
2. We design a 6 minute lesson plan clearly stating the lesson objectives.
3. I teach for 10 minute.
4.The student attempt a formative assessment for 5 minute.
5. We keep taking turns till the end of the hour.
