About Harry
I’m a passionate game developer with a background in programming, design, and interactive media. I’ve worked with tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, and Photoshop, and I love bringing creative ideas to life through code and design. Over the years, I’ve developed projects ranging from text-based adventures to fully 3D interactive environments, which has given me a deep understanding of both the technical and creative sides of game development. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping others discover their creativity and confidence through making games. Game development combines storytelling, art, and technology in a unique way, and I find it incredibly rewarding to guide others through that process — whether they’re just starting out or looking to refine their skills. My goal as a tutor is to make learning engaging, supportive, and practical, so every student leaves each lesson feeling inspired and capable of building something amazing.

My lessons will focus on helping students understand and apply the core principles of game development through practical, hands-on learning. We’ll cover topics such as game design fundamentals, programming logic, asset creation, and how to bring all these elements together into a playable experience. Depending on the student’s goals and experience level, lessons can include: • Game Design Basics: Concept development, mechanics, level design, and storytelling. • Programming: Learning C# in Unity or C++ for custom engines, with a focus on clean, object-oriented code. • Engines & Tools: Using popular tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender, and Photoshop. • Prototyping & Testing: Building small playable projects to understand gameplay loops and player feedback. • Portfolio & Career Guidance: How to create an impressive portfolio and prepare for roles in the games industry. Each session will be tailored to the student’s learning pace and creative interests—whether they’re complete beginners or aspiring developers looking to refine their skills.
