About Geety
I have done my Bachelor of Education, completed a 120-hour TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) program and a Teach India program designed by the British Council. With my degree and expertise I helped build the vocabulary and conversational skills of several undergraduate students. I am excited to help you succeed in learning the English language and build your communication skills essential for your future.

My creative teaching methods like role-playing and animated discussions will make my lessons engaging and keep my students involved and motivated.
Lesson plan: Warm-up activity: Asking the students the most interesting thing they did/saw that morning. Vocabulary building: Using a vocabulary card to introduce a new word and asking the students to use it in five different sentences. Role-playing: Three different ways the students will approach a customer if working in a store or restaurant. Analysis: Reading an ad for a job vacancy to the students and asking them to analyse it. Review/wrap-up: Ask students two things they learned, what aspect they enjoyed and any questions they have.
I will connect my classroom material to the real world helping my students understand how strong communication skills are important for their future.
My lessons are for adults who speak other languages looking for job opportunities.
