About Diuco
Hi students, I'm Mariz, your future subject tutor. I just moved from the Philippines a month ago. And as I reflect on my life back there and just being here in California, I miss teaching and interactions with young students. I feel alive and reborn every time I'm having conversations with the young students. Teaching has a big part in my heart, passing not only knowledge but also appropriate strategies and behaviors in studying. I'm excited to unveil your full potential. I'm grateful to know each one of you and also to the things I will be learning from you all. Can't wait to meet and see you!

I teach with passion and care for the students. My goal is not just to get a job and get paid but to leave a legacy to my students. I want everyone to get the right knowledge they need every time we meet for our discussion. Being a tutor didn't go as you plan but being someone your students are looking after, I must portray a strong personality because my students will always rely on me. They trust me so I should bring back that trust to them. I can be a tutor for elementary, middle, and high school. I'm easy to get along with because I am also a volunteer teacher in our local church back in the Philippines.
