About Eoghan
My name is Eoghan and I am a recent graduate of Financial Mathematics in University College Cork. I am now preparing to study Applied Mathematics and Statistics at Institut Polytechnique de Paris. Since achieving a H1 in maths and a combined 625 points in my own exams I have enjoyed helping students realise their own potential.
I have several years of experience in teaching maths to Junior Cert and Leaving Cert students at higher and ordinary levels, as well as to university students in the fields of business, science and engineering.
My goal is to make maths feel approachable, relevant and enjoyable to all.

My lessons are built around one goal: getting you the result you want in your maths exam, no matter what level.
To kick things off, we'll build a roadmap for the exam and plan around the topics you find most challenging, so every session is spent where it matters most.
Lessons are an hour in length on Microsoft Teams and typically begin with an in-depth explanation of the core concepts, developing a genuine intuition for the topic rather than just memorising methods. Once that foundation is in place, we'll progress through exam-style questions, highlighting the techniques and shortcuts that make all the difference under exam conditions.
So whether you're preparing for Junior or Leaving Cert exams, or need support with university maths and statistics, I'll help you realise your potential and walk into that exam with confidence.
