About Makenna
I am a graduate from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. In 2022 I received my Associates in Dance Theatre. Growing up I have been dancing and performing in musicals since I was 3. I have training in numerous styles and I have worked with choreographers from all over the world who have been on Broadway, worked in film, etc. I have performed and worked with Dance and Theater companies, choreographed for dance recitals and a multitude of musicals. My most recent work was the choreographer and lead dancer in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.

I offer private lessons in multiple styles including: Jazz, Tap, Modern, Contemporary, Ballet, and Musical Theater. I train my dancers with the specialized technique and strength they need for each individual style, growing and advancing as they do. I challenge my dancers with things outside of their comfort zone for areas to improve, while also meeting their needs and knowing their limits.
