About Leila
Hi! I'm a ballet dancer with over 10 years of training and performance experience. I graduated from Ballet Etudes Academy in Arizona and now dance in the pre-professional division at Colorado Ballet. While my main focus is classical ballet, I’ve also trained in a variety of styles including lyrical, contemporary, modern, jazz, flamenco, and character dance—because I believe being a well-rounded dancer makes you stronger in every style. I’ve performed in full-length classical ballets such as Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, and Beauty and the Beast, as well as excerpts from Coppélia and Giselle. These experiences have deepened my love for both technique and storytelling in dance. I bring this passion into my teaching by focusing not only on ballet foundations and strength training, but also on artistry, musicality, and performance quality.
