About Ella
I’m a passionate athlete with a strong background in sports, having played rugby for the Tigers Academy in Loughborough and participated in the Rosylinn Sevens. My experience in judo has also shaped my approach to training and competition. I’m known for being funny and outgoing, which helps me connect with others and create a positive atmosphere whether on the field or in the gym. I thrive on motivating and inspiring those around me, and I truly enjoy sharing my love for sports with others.

My sports coaching lessons will focus on equipping students with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in strength and conditioning. We'll dive into the fundamentals of exercise science, exploring how different training methods can enhance athletic performance. I’ll emphasise the importance of proper technique and safety, ensuring that everyone understands how to perform exercises effectively. We'll also cover programme design, where learners will create personalised training plans tailored to individual goals. Additionally, I'll incorporate aspects of nutrition and recovery, highlighting how these factors contribute to overall performance. My aim is to foster a supportive learning environment where students can grow their confidence and coaching abilities, preparing them for successful careers in sports coaching.
