About Tre
I’ve coached varsity level teams to city and state championships in NYC. I run group sessions and private workouts sharing my vast knowledge and love for fitness and wellness. My goal is to positively impact others through my passion for sport and movement. I also teach nutrition, and do meal prep. Workouts can be online or in-person.
