About Connie
I started tutoring while in graduate school at DRBU and SJSU. I was hired to mainly tutor SAT English and Writing but also taught students who were in third grade to twelfth grade who needed aid in understanding class materials or who wanted a better understanding of how their list of vocabularies are used in the everyday world.

Able to tutor English from K-12, and SAT English for high school students. Will lesson plan depending on individual’s needs, focus can be on vocabularies, reading, or writing. A session with me could look like, for example, going over some sample readings, and develop understanding and analysis from it. Then I could then help you build a five-paragraph essay based on understanding of the readings. SAT students, will be presented with test strategies and skills needed on the exam. I will also provide a sample SAT essay prompt and help the student build a five-paragraph essay, analysis included.
