About Lauren
I have a degree in PE and school sport and a postgraduate in secondary school PE. My life has always been about sports and I love it! Some things are a challenge but I love to learn and become great at them! I love swimming and walking and gym sessions with friends too. I teach high school PE so am well versed with the National Curriculum!

I can teach lessons in any sport in the English Curriculum, varying from swimming to badminton to athletics and all in between! I can create and teach 2/4/6/8 week programmes in PE for you to do at home or practise in schools! I can tailor them to your ability and experience too!
