My name is Michael Cook, I'm 22 years old. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, raised in Charlotte. In my free time, I practice martial arts and I like to write. Coaching is a passion I have because I want to be an adult figure for some kids who might not have one. I want to lead them in the right direction, and the sport of basketball is a great way to help with that. Basketball could tell you a lot about yourself. I just want to help mold great kids into better men.

For about 12 years now I've been playing and learning basketball. I played high school ball and college club ball. I'm a true student of the game that prioritizes defense, work ethic, and performance over talent. With me teaching kids how to play, I feel like they would push past their potential and see greater opportunities in the world learning the sport of basketball.
