About Daniel
Hello,
I am Dan and I want to invite you to become one of my students in such fascinating subjects as physics, chemistry and maths. I have recently graduated with an MEng in Materials and Nuclear Engineering at Imperial College London and would love to share my passion for science with you. I am well experienced in those subjects both as a tutor and as a student, recieving all A* for my A levels in Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry and Physics.

Four years of tutoring and about 1300 completed lessons behind my back on a different platform have given me valuable experience in finding the right approach to every tutee, tailoring my lessons to address the weakest areas in knowledge and at the same time to make sure that the student enjoys the lesson.
I have excellent memory of school exams. Obviously, they were stressful, but with the right, positive approach to the learning process and revision during the year you will find them more like a motivational challenge than an exhausting experience. During my lessons I try to cultivate such approach in students as well as give them some tips I found useful for myself.
Although primarily focusing on students' current syllabuses, I periodically teach them a thing-or-two above what is needed, which I believe deepens their understanding of the subject. I have also participated in several Olympiads and was a member of a maths Olympiad team, so I love to sometimes give an Olympiad question of an appropriate difficulty to a student for him/her to think about.
In general, I always try to make my lessons as interactive and engaging as possible. Whether you are struggling with your studies and want to start getting higher grades or want to be certain in your knowledge and go further with it - my main goal will be to make the process enjoyable, so you can get a chance to find a spark inside you, ignited by the subject. And if you already did find it - my job would be even easier.
