About Winy
Working out for me isn't just a job, it's a passion, an accomplishment, and a skill that I would like to share with others. As a little girl, I used to be a ballet dancer; to warm up the body we used to do similar things as we do in yoga to prepare the body for the practice and gain flexibility; this is one of the reasons why I am so passionate about practicing yoga. Forward to high school, I was more into challenging sports like tennis or badminton; after school, I began to move more towards weightlifting exercises and yoga up to now, since then I have been passionate about being a personal trainer since then.
