About Olgitta
My name is Olya. I have been a teacher for actually a little more than 10 years. I have worked in Russian private school and then moved to the U.S. in 2020 right during the pandemic. People say I am kind, funny and smart. I can add to this that I am pretty talented. I love languages and am currently learning Spanish. I am proud that a lot of my students achieved success in life. It is worth adding that my Russian translation of the veterinary book was officially published in Russia in 2020.

It might sound funny but when I teach I unintentionally become like my students. I mean I start talking like them, laughing at sometimes silly jokes with them and genuinely get surprised by things I do not usually get surprised with in "real world". I think it is one of the reasons why my students, especially little kids or teenagers, love me. Moreover, I am completely immersed in the process during the lesson. By the way, I am welcoming not only children students but also adults that are interested in learning Russian.
To conclude, I would like to add that I prefer to work through all aspects (or most of them - depending on time) of the language possible (speech practice, grammar, reading etc.)
