About Nathan
I am 34 years old and I currently have about 8 years of experience in teaching ESL to students in Asia (primarily Chinese students) from 5 years old to 18 years old. My home city is Raleigh, NC (southeastern region of the USA). I currently hold a BS in Biology and a MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University.

I evaluate the students level of English and identify their needs during the first lesson. I identify their learning styles in order to cater to their needs. I will incorporate various teaching aids into the lessons to practice listening, speaking, reading and writing. I always strive to relate the lessons to the students lives to enhance the relevancy of each lesson.
