I was definitely reluctant to take this class because I haven't felt great about my previous Yoga experiences, HOWEVER Sam completely changed my mind about the practice! She was so incredibly soothing & informative throughout the entire class. I took the sculpt class and I was definitely pushed while also feeling safe. She was extremely clear within her instruction and made sure everyone had the tools to have a successful class. 10/10 recommend!! Will for sure be back for Sam!

Sam is an incredible teacher. She is kind and caring, and you can tell she has been practicing yoga for a very long time. If I am having an off day she will quickly adapt the practice to cater to my specific needs, so I never feel like the skill level is too easy or difficult. She has great energy, and I love taking class from her!
