About Brandy
I have been tutoring students for 10 years. I have taught in classrooms and hold a license with the Colorado Department of Education. I understand what is expected from schools and for the function and understanding of your student. I want student to understand and be able to excel. To me this is about bringing back the love of learning and teaching every student with the right supports.

I recently graduated with a Bachelors in Education and Special Education. As a parent of a student with dyslexia and dysgraphia I know the frustration and struggles that come with everyday life and school. 3 years ago I started a deep dive into understanding the needs of those who are English Language Learners and dyslexia. Finding ways to make learning fun again allows students to put down the walls and really understand lessons in math, grammar, and reading while retaining and having fun. I develop and search for curriculum based on individual needs not a blanket of lessons designed for the masses.
