As a tutor, I focus on creating a supportive and flexible learning environment tailored to each student’s goals and learning style. My teaching method blends structured guidance with real-world application—whether that means reviewing class materials, practicing conversation, or breaking down grammar in a clear and approachable way.
A typical lesson includes a warm-up (vocabulary or conversational practice), a core focus (grammar topic, reading, or homework help), and a short review with suggestions for practice between sessions. I also integrate cultural context when relevant to make the language come alive.
What sets me apart is my background in Spanish linguistics and my experience working with both heritage speakers and second language learners. I’m patient, encouraging, and especially good at helping students feel more confident using Spanish in everyday situations.
