About Mya

I have quite a bit of knowledge with the Spanish language. In high school I took 2 years of basic Spanish (Spanish 1 and Spanish 2). Since then, I have surpassed that knowledge with extensive training. I took a DLPT last October and scored a 2/2, meaning a 2 in listening and a 2 in reading (2 is an advanced score). Based on this alone I feel like I have a very good understanding of the basics. I am 20 years old, female, and I have an interest in teaching! I would love to help you with your Spanish learning.

About the lesson

Hi there! I graduated from the Defense Language Institute with a certificate in Spanish and am earning my AA degree in Spanish! I would love to introduce people to the basics of the Spanish language, therefore this would be for beginners! I am open to understanding how others learn and am willing to work with individuals with different learning styles. Everybody learns differently! I have a very good understanding of the basics and tutoring would also help me further use and advance my skills as well.
