About Charlene
I was once just an ordinary student—one of those slow learners who sometimes felt overlooked because some teachers focused more on students who learned quickly. I often wished for more attention, encouragement, and someone who would help me believe in myself.
Then, one day, our school welcomed a new teacher who became our classroom adviser. From that moment, my school days began to change. He gave attention to every student, called my name to answer questions to help build my confidence, and explained lessons in a simple and understandable way. Most importantly, he made us feel comfortable and assured that we could learn.
I was deeply inspired by him, and I told myself, “One day, I want to be like him. I want to adapt his skills, the way he handles his class, and the way he makes his students feel comfortable and confident.”
That experience inspired me to pursue a degree in Education because I wanted to become a teacher who could make the same difference in a student's life.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education, Major in Generalist. I also took the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), and thankfully, I passed.
Now, as a teacher, I want to use what I have learned to help students who may feel like I once did—to remind them that being a slow learner does not mean you cannot succeed. Sometimes, you simply need the right teacher who believes in you.

I believe learning should be simple, engaging, and personalized. I explain difficult topics in an easy-to-understand way, use practical examples, and encourage students to ask questions and participate actively.
Each lesson begins with a quick review, followed by a clear explanation of the topic, guided practice, and interactive activities. We finish with feedback and a short review to make sure you understand the lesson.
I am a patient, supportive, and student-focused tutor. I adapt my teaching style to each student's needs and make sure you feel comfortable asking questions. My goal is not just to help you memorize, but to help you truly understand and confidently apply what you learn.
My lessons are suitable for beginners, who wants to improve their knowledge, skills, or academic performance.
