About Sindhu
I have 6-8 years of experience working 1:1 with kids. I focus on building rapport with the student before moving on to any work. I think it is truly important to build rapport and connection to help the child succeed. I am all about having fun while learning, however it's still important to be professional, respectful, productive, and accomplish our tasks/goals. I do check-ins throughout to make sure you understand what I am teaching. I like to ask a few questions and to take notes to help me build a plan for you moving forward.
