About Raisa
During my time as a co-teacher and as a learning assistant, I was given praise, both written and verbal, for my abilities to effectively communicate and teach chemistry concepts. Additionally, my former students have appreciated my non-judgmental approach to teaching which allowed them the freedom to ask any question of any level. My teaching methods resulted in my students' academic marks rising two full letter grades and I assure you that I can do the same for you.

My lessons are tailored towards high school students and college students. For my classes, I will usually work with a student to discover their weak points and build a lesson plan tailored to their needs. Both my experience and high marks as a co-teacher in during high school and my experience as a learning assistant during my college years has given me enough experience to tutor students in chemistry.
