About Lauren
When I was a student, my parents hired tutors to catch me up on subjects I felt uncertain on, and I learned very quickly that it boosted my scores dramatically. Math was NOT my strong suit. I was nervous at first, thinking the tutors would judge me for the things I didn’t understand or think poorly of me when it took a long time to memorize formulas. One thing I want you to understand is that I am here for you. I’m not here to judge what you don’t know, but to help you achieve your goals. I want to reduce stress and emphasize capabilities. You CAN do this!

I know how impossible it feels to learn something that you’re not interested in. The feeling that no matter how long you stare at a page it just doesn’t stick. I strive to make those boring facts a bit more digestible and consider my specialty to be encouragement and motivation.
