About Grace

I’m a native Korean speaker and a dedicated Korean tutor who loves helping students feel comfortable, confident, and excited about learning Korean.

I believe the best language lessons are both structured and personal. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor my lessons to each student’s goals, experience, and learning pace. Whether you’re starting from zero, want to become more conversational, or simply want to feel more confident using Korean in everyday situations, I’ll help you build your skills step by step.

As your tutor, you can expect lessons that are organized, engaging, and practical. I place a strong emphasis on pronunciation, natural expressions, conversation, and understanding why Korean works the way it does, rather than simply memorizing phrases.

I also understand that speaking a new language can feel intimidating. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and practice without feeling embarrassed. Mistakes are part of the learning process, and I’ll help you turn them into progress.

Beyond grammar and vocabulary, I love sharing the cultural context behind the language, including everyday expressions, etiquette, and the subtle differences between textbook Korean and the Korean people actually use.
