About Tracy
I inspire confidence and professionalism as an instructor by setting clear expectations, modeling calm and disciplined decision-making, and grounding every lesson in real-world application. Students learn best when they trust that instruction is accurate, consistent, and relevant, especially in safety-critical fields like air traffic control.
My teaching approach emphasizes preparation, procedural accuracy, and accountability, while maintaining an environment where questions are encouraged and mistakes are treated as learning opportunities. I draw directly from operational experience to connect theory to practice, using scenario-based training and realistic examples that reinforce situational awareness, communication, and sound judgment.

Perfect! The learning experience with Tracy is wonderful, because he is a real ATC so his background is really helpful to understand and learn a lot, specially if you are an aviation student trying to improve the ATC comms. I really recommend for aviation professionals that need to improve his communications skills.
