I have been teaching for 35 years, since I was 15 years old.
I customize my lessons based on the immediate goals, needs and wants of the students. In music I always like to teach you how to play songs you like, not mine. It makes it more fun to learn how to play the piano. On the 1st lesson, I will ask you to make a list of 3-5 favorite songs you would like to learn how to play. I can also teach songwriting and music theory all of all levels. I teach material and prepare students for the Trinity College of London and the ABRSM (British Royal Conservatory) Certifications in Piano and Music Theory. Adults or children, I give a lot of material, and I move you up in levels fast.
Teaching Portugues and Spanish is 2nd nature to me. I am originally Brazilian - born and raised. I teach Grammar, Conversational, how to write and speak. I also lived in Spain for 3 years where and I tested out of all Spanish levels in college after for extra credits. I will teach you conversational, help you with schoolwork, travel abroad or work abroad or simply learn a foreign language.
