I have been teaching dance in Los Angeles for 20 years. With extensive training in ballet, jazz and contemporary my style will make you wiggle and shout while getting you in shape or preparing you for the professional dance world. Dance is my love language and together we will sing with our bodies.

My lessons are a mix of stretching, strengthening, cardio, Pilates and dance. We warm up for 45 mins and then learn choreography for 45 mins. My class teaches cognitive and physical alignment and is a quirky mix of contemporary, ballet and African styles set to wildly wonderful music.
