About Saloh
I majored in English language and literature, so I have a foundational understanding of second language acquisition theories. Later, I taught some students who spoke Spanish and picked up a few Spanish vocabulary words along the way. I hold the International Chinese Language Teacher Certificate (CTCSOL) and have extensive teaching experience with students from many different countries, ranging from absolute beginners to advanced learners. Some of my students attend international schools—through my Chinese classes, they rapidly improved their Chinese proficiency, achieved top grades in Chinese, and all successfully passed the HSK exam, with some even scoring full marks. Others work as diplomats in embassies; through my Chinese classes, they successfully passed their respective institutions’ Chinese language exams as well. My students have demonstrated outstanding abilities in pinyin, Chinese characters, grammar, listening, reading, and speaking.

I have many students come from the United States, the United Kingdom, Ecuador, Namibia, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates. With over 3,000 hours of experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, I have taught students ranging from absolute beginners to advanced levels, across various age groups and professions.
