About Isabella
My name is Isabella but I go by Izzy. I am a 22 year old first-year medical student in Greenville, SC but grew up in Charlotte, NC. I spent the past 4 years in the Honors College at the University of South Carolina and graduated in the Spring of 2024 with a BS in Biological Sciences, a BA in Spanish, and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. I am very excited to tutor as a part of my extra curricular activities while in medical school. I am also a licensed EMT. Outside of school, I like to go to the gym, ride horses, spend time with my pets, do community service, and make art. I love animals and have an orange cat named Basil and a bearded dragon named Kiki. I can't wait to meet you and help you learn!

- I have taken and passed the NREMT exam and obtained my EMT-B license
- I worked as an EMT for a private ambulance company
- I majored in biology with a focus on medicine so I have a deep background in biology, anatomy, physiology, and pathology
- I can help prepare for on-paper exams and some hands-on skills like exams and bandaging, however, I do not own any practice mannequins or advanced medical gear so I am unable to help practice certain skills involving equipment
- I can run practice scenarios to help simulate the hands-on portion of the exam that reinforce knowledge of protocols and order of events in assessing an emergency
