II have been teaching for eight years and have mastered three different grade levels. I like to develop a rapport with the students above all, so they trust me with their education and learning. I feel that being confident in your ability makes the student more capable of learning new content.

I strive to make learning fun in a meaningful way. I use many methods that include standard algorithm and common core strategies. I value hands on manipulative sand visual representations. The use of see one, do one teac, and teach one is also very helpful with struggling students.
