I like to make my lessons engaging from start to finish. My lessons focus more on what is needed rather than what is expected. I like to break down misconceptions in learning and create strategies that focus on meeting goals. I was the only 5th grade Reading teacher on my campus and I was able to bring my campus from an F to a high B. 5th grade Reading to what grew the school. I like to differentiate any chance I get. I want to make sure all students are comfortable.
