About Taylor
I have been a passionate student of global politics since I was a teenager. I'm always eager to learn new things, brush up on current events, and can actually name the capital of pretty much every country as a party trick. There hasn't been a day that has gone by in my life where I don't have a book in my hand. I'm deeply passionate about words, people, places, cultures. I also make an effort to ensure that my students feel comfortable enough to speak up when they're falling behind, as we're all learning at our own pace.

I am a passionate student of foreign policy, politics and government with a background in higher education. My strong suit comes in breaking down complex political and historical concepts to be easily digestible for an audience less familiar with these ideas. I believe that knowledge comes not simply from understanding new concepts, but in truly being able to analyze these concepts in an original way.
I also believe it's crucial to tailor each tutoring session to each students individual needs. I plan my lessons around first introducing new knowledge and then using real-world examples to further drive home the concept to my students. I am able to tutor High School and Undergraduates.
