About James
I have a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics and Psychology. I have been tutoring for over 10 years, working with students from various backgrounds and skill levels.
Target learners; GSCE ,A level and University, Including Adult Learners seeking to improve their math skills for personal development or career advancement. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment where learners feel comfortable asking questions and are motivated to achieve their best.

I use a learner-centred approach to tutoring, customising sessions to each student's needs and learning preferences using a combination of Interactive learning that involves promoting active engagement through discussions, problem-solving techniques and practical exercises where necessary.
Studying becomes more relevant and interesting when there is an emphasis on making sure students get the fundamental ideas rather than just studying formulas and how they apply to real-world situations.
The use of informal, regular assessments to get feedback and measure understanding while adjusting my teaching strategies in response to my students' input and progression.
A normal lesson lasts between sixty and ninety minutes. This length of time gives ample opportunity to go over new content, work through practice problems, and answer any queries.
