About Emji
I want my students to feel confident that they are learning with someone who is professional, responsible and genuinely committed to their success. As a tutor, I will always strive to provide clear guidance, constructive feedback and respectful learning environment. At the same, time I believe that learning is most effective when students feel comfortable and supported. I want to be more than just someone who teaches, I want to be a trusted learning partner and a friendly source of encouragement. My role is to maintain professional standards while building a positive and approachable relationship with every student. I respect every individuals needs, learning pace and goals, while consistently encouraging them to believe in their abilities.

My teaching approach is student-centered, interactive and adaptable. I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching style to each student's needs, learning pace, strength, and areas for improvement.
I use a variety of methods to keep lessons engaging and effective such as interactive discussions, guided practice, real-life applications, practice exercises, positive reinforcement, and personalized feedback. My ability to combine patience, adaptability and personalized instruction somehow gives and edge to make sure the student truly understands the lessons.
A typical lesson plan which I may incorporate would include:
1. Warm-up/review.
2. Introduction to the new topic
3. Guided practice
4. Independent practice
5. Feedback and correction
6. Lesson summary and next steps
Overall, my goal as a tutor is to help students understand, grown in confidence and become more independent learners.
