About Dhruv

I completed my BA in Biology & Chemistry from Lewis & Clark College, in Portland, OR, and my MS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University, in Chicago, IL, and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain.

I started my career in R&D inventing medical devices for the US army for battlefield trauma, and since then have worked across industries like Biotech, Nutraceuticals, Food & Beverages, Medical Devices and Diagnostics, Medical Equipment, Management Consulting, and even Fine Art, Jewelry, and Luxury, in a variety of functions, from Business Development, Marketing, Sales (B2B, B2C and B2G), Manufacturing, Product Development, Intellectual Property strategy, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations, Product Design, Market Research, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Angel investing, Due Diligence, Business Modeling, Deal making, Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Partnerships and M&A strategy, with companies such as PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Avesthagen, and have started 4 entrepreneurial ventures of my own in start-up incubation, consulting, health foods, and luxury.

I've acquired a few hobbies along the way - including cooking, acting, singing, sports, martial arts, serial entrepreneurship, and languages (8 so far) that have also broadened my network and allowed me to understand and meet people from all walks of life across the World.

About the lesson

I have coached all kinds and levels of executives on career transitions, across functions such as R&D, innovation, marketing, sales, strategy, supply chain, across career stages from interns to senior leadership at MNCs with 4 decades of experience, in India, across South and SE Asia, the U.S.A., and Spain.

My "technique", based on understanding you and your unique goals, will create a customized plan just for you. This could include brainstorming on careers, career transitions into different functions, moves to other companies, laying out a timeline of next steps for you, that may or may not include assistance in re-creating your marketing materials (CV, Cover letter, LinkedIn or other Social Media Profiles), as well as training on how to network better. Ultimately, this could also include access to my vast network of >20k contacts on LinkedIn and Facebook as well as other more specialist or esoteric networks to assist in your job hunt.
