About Maristella
After scientific high school, I undertook the study of psychology, with a special interest in learning and neuropsychology. I habe been giving private lessons and study support to boys and girls of all ages for the past 10 years, trying to take care of them not just as students, but also as Individulas.

In general, I try to make the student the protagonist, speaking as little as possible, making sure that the knowledge comes out of him/her (using the teaching material, of course :)). If we are studying mathematics, after a review of rules and formulas, we immediately go to exercise together. Similarly we do in studying English grammar, also focusing on the translation of texts and sentences from Italian to English. In subjects like history or phylosophy, we read the chapter together, we underline the pieces of information and the key words and and I try to guide the student in this procedure through questions, so that he/she is autonomous in the underlining. If enough time is left, schemes are made, but I often leave it to the student to do them individually.
