About Connie
I have had a career in art production for TV, marketing, as well as a career in graphic design and UX design. More recently, I have been focused on painting and creating work in residencies. There are many possibilities for a future in the arts and I'm always learning. I hope to pass on my own enthusiasm, appreciation, and knowledge for visual arts for those looking to improve or just get started.

I can meet students where they are and encourage areas of improvement in value, form, composition, color theory, technique, ideation and creative process. Knowing individual goals of the learner will form what we focus on.
I believe building a strong technical foundation allows for greater creativity in choosing which modals of aesthetic formalities appear in their future artwork. Exploration of styles, media, and general exploration will help prepare for making the most out of a higher level arts education, if that's a path they choose.
