About Alex
Since I started teaching at the Pauline Quirke Academy I have realised how much I teaching. Not only is it a joy to connect with children and help them to learn and understand but it gives me the opportunity to revisit, stay connect and expand my own knowledge on subjects I have a deep love and interest for.

I have experience teaching from the ages of 5- 17 at the Pauline Quirke Academy in Earlsfield, for the Film and Tv module.
I have always found the best way to learn is through stories and visuals, I find facts stay with you better when they are accompanied with a narrative. Which is why I adopt the same methods my favourite teachers used with me which is constructing a factual and accurate narrative alongside clear, colourful and well organised notes to revise with.
