About Brenna

I am quickly approaching my third graduation (Dr. Brenna), and my third time graduating with honors, so I’ve gotten pretty good at this school thing. I have used my skills and talents to help peers of all ages, with and without learning disabilities, formally and informally, through tutoring and organized study sessions to perform their best in an academic setting. I also have experience in college prep and applications for high school students looking to further their education. In high school I was a mathlete and editor in chief of my school newspaper, which helped me develop skills in english and math, and have pursued extensive higher education in health sciences.

About the lesson

I am soon graduating from Duke with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and have experience in tutoring middle school, high school, and college students in various science, english, and math concepts including test prep and college applications. I believe that learning is different for each student and approach tutoring in a way that is individualized to the needs of the student. I have a great sense of humor and like to make things fun!
