About Thomas
I have played piano for 18 years and have played everywhere from with a symphonic orchestra to at the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlanta. With my classical degree, I play at weddings and accompany student recitals. Last year, I played a program of modern French impressionist music for a trumpet player's graduate recital. With my jazz experience, I play in jazz combos, a big band, and a party band that travels along the East Coast.

If you are beginner then I teach you how to read sheet music, how to play by ear, and about the fundamentals of music theory. Once you reach the intermediate stage of playing, then I hone into the style that you are most interested in. If you like jazz, then will teach standards and improvisation; if you like classical then I will progress you through the Royal Conservatory Method. And if you want to stay a hobbyist then will teach you whatever you want to the best of my discretion.
