About Fletcher
I am a 24 year old graduate student halfway through receiving my masters degree in mathematics at UT Tyler. I already have my bachelor's degree in mathematics and have taught a year of high school including Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry and PreCal. I have also tutored from middle school to high level college courses.

I base my teaching and personal learning on understanding the reason behind the math rather than just memorizing formulas. I have personally observed a stark difference in students abilities to do math when it is explained and taught from an understanding point of view.
