About Jackie
Hello! My name is Jackie and I am a graduate student in marine biology and a fluent French speaker. I am an aspiring educator and I love to teach. I have six years of teaching experience working with diverse students from three different schools. With an emphasis on professionalism, I aim to get to know my students as both learners and people to establish a productive and positive working relationship.

I have six years of experience teaching students, developing curriculum and creating individualized lesson plans. I take an active approach to teaching and work with my students to develop teaching strategies that suit their specific their learning needs and goals. My background is in teaching high school and college students, but I am happy to work with students at any stage in their academic career and with any level of prior French knowledge. Whether you are a beginner learning the basics of French vocabulary and grammar or would like to have advanced conversations regarding French literature, I'm excited to work with you!
