About Paul
I am an Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Syracuse University.
I graduated with honors in my degree field. I received two achievement awards at my graduation. One from the IEEE and the other from University College (this was the part time school at Syracuse University).
I have about 10 years of experience in electrical and controls engineering and in the electrical technology field.
I tutored briefly in the electrical technology school at Onondaga Community College.
I love engineering and math and I am good at both.

As a tutor I see myself as a co-learner not a teacher. I can help with understanding topics and solving problems. Usually, I will learn what the students' needs are and then tailor the lesson plan to these needs.
I emphasize working through problems that the student encounters in the classroom and enabling the student to gain proficiency in solving similar problems encountered during further classroom activities.
During a tutoring session, I will aid the student in understanding the materials and concepts of the subject and focus on solving the problems that the student encounters in their course work.
I am mostly interested in tutoring beginning to midlevel students at the college level.
I am creative and I am thorough. I am good at understanding and explaining engineering and math concepts. I love solving problems and sharing my knowledge..
