About Nick
I have been teaching cellists in solo and orchestra performance for the past 3 years. The most enjoyable aspect of teaching is when I see students get motivation from overcoming an obstacle in a new piece they are working on. I tailor my teaching approach to each student’s individual needs!

About the lesson

In the first lesson, we will discuss any musical training you may have and choose which pieces to work on. We will focus on scales, intonation, rhythm, and building pieces up to performance. If you are just starting, we will get you set up with good posture and cello/ bow hold. Students can play for me as frequently as they like!
