About Alparslan
I have been trying to help my students achieve their goals for 16 years in different places such as sports clubs, studios, open spaces and online training.
I am a graduate of IU Sports Academy. I have training in fields such as fitness, pilates, kick boxing, functional training, athlete health and first aid, sports psychology, sports nutrition from many institutions, including the state and private sector.
I founded 2 different businesses and worked as a sports manager for 8 years, contributing to the development of many trainers.

I received training in fields such as athlete nutrition and athlete psychology and I support my students in these trainings.
