These leadership roles have given me a strong understanding of both the academic and pastoral demands placed on students, allowing me to support them from multiple perspectives. I have over ten years’ experience as a Physical Education teacher, including three years as Head of PE and two years as Head of Year. These leadership roles have given me a strong understanding of both the academic and pastoral demands placed on students, allowing me to support them from multiple perspectives. I am highly motivated to provide a service that prepares students for life beyond school while supporting them to achieve their academic goals.
My lessons are engaging, enjoyable, and appropriately challenging, designed to motivate students while maintaining high expectations. I create a positive learning environment where students feel supported to push themselves, develop confidence, and take ownership of their progress. Through clear structure and purposeful activities, lessons are both fun and demanding, ensuring students remain focused, challenged, and actively involved in their learning.
