About Arno
I am Arno, a Mathematics graduate from the University of Toronto and currently a math teacher at an international school in Toronto, with 5 years of teaching experience. I specialize in teaching elementary, middle, and high school mathematics within the Ontario Curriculum, and I am also familiar with international programs such as IB and AP.
My teaching focuses on building true mathematical understanding rather than rote memorization. I design personalized learning plans based on each student’s level and goals, covering concept clarification, problem-solving strategies, and exam techniques. For students with weaker foundations, I help systematically close knowledge gaps; for high-achieving students, I focus on advanced problem-solving and performance improvement.
