About Morgan
I am a 28 year-old graduate of Westmont College, currently working in the business/fashion industry. I love getting to connect with people and I really love getting to help people reach their full potential. Outside of work, I am currently planning my wedding, and spend quite a bit of time volunteering with a special needs non-profit. Also love cooking, going to the beach and traveling!

I love to sit down with my students and figure out exactly which kind of learner they are (auditory, visual, kinesthetic, etc.) and tailor what we do from there. It's super helpful for me to know also what areas they are strong and weak in, so we can use our time most efficiently!
I typically love to help build my student's confidence by letting them think critically and solve the problem as much as they can until they find themselves stuck. From there, I love to ask a series of questions to help them remember what they've learned and see if they can work through it without me directly answering the question for them. Of course, if they cannot remember, then we work through it step by step, and I have them explain it to me after the fact so it makes the most sense to them.
I have extensive volunteer experience with people with disabilities & learning disabilities such as ADHD. I am very good at adapting my sessions to fit each student's individual needs!
